About This Project

Industrial Power and Automation was tasked with the electrical component of upgrading an existing spiral conveyor line:
 

 This project consisted of:

  • Removing existing system
  • Installation of new spiral conveyor in conjunction with Atlas Engineering
  • 1x Infeed conveyor
  • 5x Conveyor motors
  • 1x Sensor
  • 3x Emergency stop buttons
  • 1x Safety lanyard
  • 1x MCC panel
  • Installation of cable tray and cable management
  • Installation of hygienic cable protection systems in production areas
  • Field terminations and testing of both electrical & automation components
  • Modify existing MCC panel
  • Integration of new equipment to existing production line with upstream & downstream interlocks
